Introduction

The Department of Environmental, Civil, and Architectural Engineering fosters proactive individuals who explore and challenge societal changes as "Pro-Partners." The department focuses on understanding, planning, designing, constructing, operating, and researching essential social infrastructure such as structures, economic substructures, and environmental systems to improve quality of life.

Students can choose from three specializations: Architecture, Civil Engineering, and Environmental Engineering. At the end of their first year, students select their desired field of study and are guaranteed 100% placement in that specialization for tailored education

Educational Objectives

1) Architecture
  • Train architects with creative thinking and the ability to advance architectural technology through education and practice in basic architectural design and engineering.

  • Foster professionals with a strong identity as Korean architects and global sensibilities, capable of problem-solving in new era environments.

2) Civil Engineering
  • Instill integrity and professionalism as civil engineers.

  • Ensure balanced development of theoretical and practical skills in civil engineering.

  • Develop globally competitive professional civil engineers.

3) Environmental Engineering
  • Train professionals with analytical skills to accurately assess environmental quality.

  • Educate environmental engineers capable of designing, constructing, and operating pollution prevention systems.
