Introduction

The Department of Design Convergence aims to develop and nurture professionals and design leaders who can create design values that balance humans and their surrounding economies, societies, and environments. In response to the design paradigm change in the 4th industrial revolution, a specialized design curriculum has been developed to cultivate convergence expertise and practical competency integrated with problem-solving ability. This curriculum focuses on fostering key talents in design culture and industry with creative, integrated, and empathetic thinking with educational content for practical, planning, marketing, communication and presentation skills, augmented with computer-related technologies.
