Introduction

The mission of the Department of Unmanned Aircraft Systems is to become a world leader in Unmanned Aircraft System education and to produce expert system engineers for Unmanned Aircraft System and advanced air mobility who are regarded as the benchmark for the Unmanned Aircraft System industry worldwide. The Department offers two major pathways in its Bachelor of Engineering: Unmanned Aircraft System and Applied Drone. The department teaches basic theories related to the design, manufacture, operation, and maintenance of unmanned aerial vehicles and ground equipment, and provides systematic operational training using unmanned aerial vehicles for training and unmanned aerial vehicle simulators. It contributes to national development through practical education and training in connection with unmanned aviation-related industries and the military.
