  • Creativity

The history of human intelligence tells us that the development of science and art has not only been made cumulatively, but has been achieved through a paradigm shift that transcends conventions. This is why our university uses creativity as one of its founding philosophies. One of HanSeo University’s primary purposes is to creatively use the accumulated knowledge and culture heritage of mankind.

  • Confidence

Education is an activity that promotes the overall improvement of humanity. The university is an academic community, but as a human community for the purpose of education, it is also a training ground where one must cultivate a strong mind that does not yield to trials and challenges. As a center of education, HanSeo University places high value on nurturing people with strong will and intelligence. This is the reason for making confidence as a founding philosophy.

  • Contribution

University cannot work in a social vacuum. Therefore, they should make it their mission to contribute to society through the practice of research and education, beyond receiving support from society. As a preeminent university in the West Coast region, HanSeo is constantly renewing its determination to be a driving force for both regional and national development and a partner for humanity’s prosperity. This is why contribution is our third founding philosophy.

We, HanSeo University, will maintain this ideology as we strive to forge a better future for the nation and the world with creativity, confidence, and contribution.
